Ingredients

    2 ripe medium tomatoes diced
    1 cucumber with skin diced
    1/4 onion diced
    chi chi hot pepper diced
    3 small black olives sliced
    4 small green olives sliced
    3-4 tbls three cheese italian dressing
    1 tsp grated fresh sharp provolone cheese

Directions

Dice tomatoes, cucumber, and onion.
Slice olives
Slice hot peppers
toss together
add dressing and stir
(This recipe is also good stirred into cold pasta)
Makes about 4 cups salsa
