Introduction

Ingredients

1 1/3 c nonfat milk
1 c vegetable oil
1/4 c vinegar
4 c white flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
Directions
1 1/3 c nonfat milk
1 c vegetable oil
1/4 c vinegar
Mix together in a jar.
4 c white flour
1 T baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
Combine in a large mixing bowl.
Add the wet ingredients.
Stir just until all ingredients are wet.
Turn out onto flour surface.
Fold dough over a few times, as gently as possible.
Cut into shapes, put on a baking sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes, just until top starts to brown.
Makes 15 three inch square biscuits.
