Introduction

This is a quick and healthy dinner that can be made in a wok or deep fry pan. I like my dishes with a bit of heat so add the cayanne at your discretion. Ingredients

3 (6 oz) pork loin chops cut into 1/4" slices
4 large carrots sliced into 1/2" pieces
    5 garlic cloves finely chopped
    5 cups shredded cabbage
    3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium white or yellow cut into 1/8" slices
    1 tsp cayanne pepper powder
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    2 large tomatos sliced
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Using a wok or other deep fry pan, heat 6 tbsp olive oil over high heat until hot. Add onion, garlic, and carrots to pan, sautee until onions are soft and almost translucent. Add sliced pork, cayanne, garlic powder, and salt and pepper quickly stirring to keep food from sticking to sides. When pork is almost cooked through, add cabbage and tomato. Cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until cabbage is done.
