    8 oz. (one box) Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles (or other whole grain lasagna noodles)
    1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
    1 Large Container Fat Free Cottage Cheese (1 lb. 8 oz.)
    2 C. package of Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese (divided in 1/2)
    1 Large egg
    2 Cloves of Garlic
    3 C. Marinara Sauce (look for ones with low sugar)


Preheat over to 350. Using a light cooking Spray, lightly coat the bottom of a 9x13 in. pan. Cook the noodles per the instructions on the box. Chop onions into small pieces. Brown ground beef with onion and drain any grease. Mix ground beef with tomato sauce and set aside. In another bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, and garlic. Layer the ingredients, starting with the noodles (noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce mixture, mozzarella) until pan is full. Top with remaing mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve with a small salad for a more filling meal.
