Introduction
Quiche w/ prepared whole wheat crust and coconut milk. Quiche w/ prepared whole wheat crust and coconut milk.Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

Prepared Whole Wheat pie crust
4 eggs
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 cups Chopped Broccoli
1 med onion chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 T nutritional yeast
2 T Ume Plum Vinegar
1 T Granulated Kelp flakes (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook onion and garlic in a little oil to soften ~ 5 minutes.
Place in the bottom of a pie crust.
Add broccoli.
In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk, eggs, nutritional yeast, kelp, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Pour on top of broccoli.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until center is firm when jiggled.
