Introduction

As a bariatric patient, I'm always looking for high protein, low fat snacks and foods. This is snack or dessert that is fat free and high in protein. Not to mention yummy! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup fat free small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 of a small banana, sliced
    2 packets of Splenda (more or less to taste)

Directions

Put the cottage cheese into a small bowl, that can be served. Add banana slices and Splenda. Mash with a fork and mix well. Banana chunks are desireable. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 serving.
