3 eggs
4 oz apple sauce
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 can on pumpkin pie filling (15oz)
Directions
1. Mix all the ingrediants together
2. Put mixture in mini muffin pans, the recipe should make at least 60 mini muffins.
3. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes
4. Optional: After they cook spread cream cheese frosting on top.
