Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    .5 c. chopped tomato
    .5 c. chopped onion
    1 tbsp. hot sauce
    2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
    juice of one lime

Directions

Rinse the canned corn to reduce excess sodium. Combine all ingredients, add hot sauce to taste, refrigerate and serve with your favorite tortilla chips!

Makes 12 1/4-c. servings.
