    1/2 cup chopped red onion
    1/2 cup ripe red tomatoes
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
    Salt to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in serving dish. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or to garnish any Mexican dish. Makes 1 cup.
