Introduction

Ingredients

    1 5.8 oz jar Meditteranean Organic sundried tomatoes in olive oil, drained
    12 ox jar Meditteranean Organic fire roasted ourmet red peppers, with their liquid
    2 cups bread crumbs
    3 cups walnuts, raw or toasted
    16 large whole, peeled garlic cloves
    2 tsps sea salt
    3 Tb-1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    2 Tb + 2 tsps dark agave
    1 Tb + 1 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1 Tb Berbere (Ethiopian roasted, ground spice mix)


Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor & puree to a smooth consistency, scraping down occasionally to make sure all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Makes 5 1/4 cups or 42 2Tb servings.
