Ingredients

    * Cauliflower, raw, 2 cups
    * Broccoli, fresh, 2 cups
    * Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    * *French Fried Onions, 2 tbsp
    * I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Buttery Spray, 5 sprays, 1 serving

Directions

1 spray casserole dish with cooking spray
2 cook veggies and drain out any liquid
3 put veggies in pan followed by soup, grated cheese and onion rings
4 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
