Kellogg's All-Bran With Extra Fiber Cereal - 2 1/4 cup
Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain - 1 Cup
Wheat bran, crude, 1/2 cup
**Flax Seed, 4 tbsp
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
Coconut Oil, 4 tbsp
Egg whites, 7
1 cup dry nonfat milk
Egg, fresh, 2 large
Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
Lemon Zest from 2 lemons
Blueberries, fresh or frozen, 1 cup
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Powdered Sugar, 1 tbsp, unsifted
Honey, 1/2 cup
juice of 2 lemons
Directions
Preheat Oven 350
Optional Lemon Glaze: 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbl powdered sugar, juice of 2 Tbl lemon juice
Combine: Eggs & egg whites with honey, lemon juice, apple sauce, coconut oil and powdered milk - whip this mixture until well combined - then add baking powder, salt, oats, flax seed, wheat bran, then All Bran or Bran Buds Cereal, continue mixing with mixer until well combined, allow the dough set at least 5 minutes to allow the cereal to absorb liquid.
Fold in the blue berries and bake on parchment paper 15 minutes at 350
Optional: While cooling apply a tiny drizzle of glaze
Refrigerate or freeze
