Ingredients
-
1/4 C. molasses
2 T. spicy brown mustard
1 T. cider vinegar
1 pork tenderloin
Directions
* In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the molasses, mustard and vinegar; add the pork. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or over night. ( I put my porkloin out to thaw in the morning and then put the marinade in and it marinated while it thawed. )
*Using long-handled tongs, dip a paper towel in cookin oil and lightly coat grill rack. ( I used Pam for grilling)
*Grill pork, covered, over indirect medium-hot heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees, turning occasionally. let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
