Introduction

Ingredients

    1 C. Rolled oats
    1 C. Whole wheat flour
    1t. Salt
    1t. Baking soda
    1t. Baking powder
    1T. Honey
    2 Large eggs
    2 C. Buttermilk

Directions

Mix all together and let stand 10 minutes for oatmeal to absorb some of the liquid.

Makes approx 12 pancakes if using 1/4 measuring cup to ladle into pan.
