Introduction

Light tasty crepes with very little fat! Light tasty crepes with very little fat!

Ingredients

    1 large egg
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup white flour
    1/4 cup wheat flour
    1 t canola oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Pour into a small nonstick skilled heated to medium high heat. Cook until edges are done. Flip carefully then cook other side until set. Enjoy stuffed with bananas or other fruit.
