Ingredients

    Beef top sirloin, carrots, celery,onions, diced tomatoes, black beans, yellow corn, gree bell peppers, I can't beleieve it's not butter spread, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder,oregano, basil, farfelle, 4 cans water (from tomato can)

Directions

I used top sirloin stew beef (pre-cut). Lightly cook beef in hot pan. Add to crock pot. Dice all veggies and add to crock. Add 4 cans water. Add all spices to taste. Cook 8 hrs on high. Add 2 Tbls butter spread. Mix 1/4 cup flour with appx 1 cup cold water:mix well. Add to stew for thickening. Cook another 1 hr on high. Makes appx 8 1 -cup servings
