Ingredients

    200 gram onions
    200 gram carrots
    400g canned tomatoes
    3 x vegetable stock cube
    Red pepper
    30fl oz water
    Basil chopped (or any other herbs)

Directions

Chop all ingredients, place in saucepan with stock made up with the water and basil (you can use any herbs), I used a 400g can chopped tomatoes with herbs
