Introduction

This is a low carb salad when you need something "green" with your meal! Very easy and can substitute blueberries for any berry:strawberry, cranberry, raspberry you name it! You can make a single serving for yourself or enough to last the week! This is a low carb salad when you need something "green" with your meal! Ingredients

    Baby Spinach 6oz bag (a handful if just for your meal or entire bag if making for the week)

    Wishbone Salad Spritzer in Balsamic Breeze (3 sprays for just your meal 10 sprays for entire bag of baby spinach)

    Granny Smith small Apple, skin removed, cut into cubes (1 small for self, 3 small if using entire bag)

    Blueberries, fresh (one handful-about 12 berries for self, 2-3 handfuls if using entire bag)

Directions

1. In medium bowl, toss together spinach, apple and blueberries. Then using Wishbone salad spritzer, spray 1x then toss then spray again and toss and spray 3rd time and toss again. Makes 1-2 servings.

2. If using entire bag do same as step 1 except spritz and toss up to 10x's. Makes 4 servings for 6oz bag of spinach.
