Introduction

This would be great for people who don't like chunky salsa. It's got a nice bit of heat to it, but isn't overpowering! This would be great for people who don't like chunky salsa. It's got a nice bit of heat to it, but isn't overpowering!

Ingredients

    2 Large Tomatoes, diced
    1 Sm onion, diced
    1 Chipotle Pepper, sliced with seeds, in 1 tsp adobo sauce
    4 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    5 cloves fresh garic
    1 C Bell Pepper, chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Put onion and green pepper aside in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients together in a blender and mix to desired consistency (I like mine smooth). Add onion and green pepper- pulse until incorporated into the mix. Serve and enjoy!

If you like your salsa milder, remove the seeds from the chipotle pepper before blending.
