    3/4c. White Wine
    1Tbs. Lemon Juice
    1Tbs. Ground Oregano
    1Tbs. Ground Basil
    3 Cloves Garlic Crushed
    1-3tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
    2Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    8oz. Tomato Suace


Heat oil on Medium heat in a Medium sized pot. Add Garlic, Oregano, Basil, and Crushed Red Pepper (Crushed Red Pepper is to add spice) Saute for two minutes. Stir in Wine and Lemon Juice. Bring to a boil. Stir in Tomato Sauce and reduce heat. Let simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Pour over your favorite Pasta and add Fish or Chicken to finish it off!

  • this was wonderful but way too hot! i'm glad i didn't give any to my 5 year old, his mouth would have been on FIRE!!! next time i think i might omit the pepper flakes. - 1/23/08
