Ingredients

    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    1 3/4 cup zucchini, chopped
    1 cup cabbage, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 - 15 oz can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 - 14 1/2 oz reduced sodium beef broth
    1 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    1 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 cups cookied macaroni (1 cup dry)-recipe was calculated
    using regular macaroni
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Comgine all of the ingredients in the Crock-Pot Slow Cooker except the macaroni and Parmesan cheese. Cover; cook on Low for 8-9 hours or on High for 4-5 hours. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Makes approximately 9 - 1 cup servings.
