Ingredients

    1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
    Friendship Light Sour Cream, 1 16 oz. container
    Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise, 1 cup
    Water chestnuts, 1 cup chopped
    1 box frozen spinach, thawed, drained & chopped
    3 Scallions, chopped (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetable crudite or in a pumpernickel bread bowl.

This recipe makes 50 servings at 2 Tablespoons per serving.
