Ingredients

    2 cups zucchini, chopped
    1 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups tomato, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 cups bulgur wheat
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup balsalmic vinaigrette

Directions

makes 16 servings.
mix together zucchini, onion, tomato, garlic. prepare bulgur wheat by instructions on container. add wheat to salad. drizzle olive oil and basalmic vinegar over all and mix. Salad will blend flavors over time.

    I would be helpful to know what size each serving is... half-cup, quarter cup, full cup. Otherwise, the salad looks very yummy! - 9/5/10
