Ingredients

    3 Eggs, 1/2C sugar, 1.5C flour, 1C cornmeal 1TBSP baking powder, 1.5C plain lowfat yogurt, 4 strips bacon, 1 medium onion, 1 TBSP cumin

Directions

cut bacon into 1-inch pieces; fry, with chopped onion and cumin; remove from 10-inch cast iron skillet; pour out all but 1 TBSP bacon grease. Prepare batter; add bacon/onion mixture to batter; pour back into skillet. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 30 minutes.
