Introduction
This is an all-time favorite of my family. I've made it healthier by using ground turkey instead of beef and nonfat skim milk. Sometimes I double up on the veggies since this is one of the few ways my kids will eat them. You can even make it without the cheese, but I wouldn't because cheese is so yummy. Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Turkey (or Beef)
3/4 c. Chopped Onion
1 can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 c. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1/4 c. Nonfat Milk (or milk of your choice)
2 c. Bisquick (calculated with Original)
3/4 c. Water
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
1.Heat oven to 400°F. Spray rectangular baking dish, (13x9x2 inches) with cooking spray . Cook ground turkey and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until done. Drain if neccesary. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
2.Stir Bisquick mix and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
3.Bake 30 minutes.
Makes 8 Servings.
