Romaine Lettuce (salad), 228 grams (remove)

Dressing
Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp, 1.5 serving (remove)
Honey, .22 tbsp (remove)
Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)

Directions
mince onions and press garlic and let sit for 5 -10 minutes to bring out their health promoting benefits.
2. blend dressing ingredients in blender adding oil a little at a time at the end, the original recipe called for 1 tablespoon. . Blend well to make sure sunflower seeds are ground, (I grind mine in a coffee/herb grinder before I put it in the blender).
3. Mix tuna, celery, walnuts, parsley, onion, and pepper, ( recipe called for salt).
4. mix desired amount of dressing with tuna mixture, ( don't just pour it in, as it's too much, in fact you could easily add a second can of tuna, or shrimp,etc to stretch recipe)
5 server on a bed of chopped romaine lettuce with chopped tomato. serves 2
