Introduction

A tasty topping to crackers, crostini, or to mix into pasta, salad dressings, or eat with goat cheese! A tasty topping to crackers, crostini, or to mix into pasta, salad dressings, or eat with goat cheese!

Ingredients

    60g Kalamata Olives
    25 Jumbo Black Olives
    20 Pimiento-stuffed Green Olives
    60g Jumbo Green Olives with garlic
    (I used olives that were packed in chopped garlic and some olive oil...other wise, add the following...)
    8 cloves Garlic
    3T Olive Oil

Directions

Throw all ingredients into food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes, or until olives are in tiny pieces and evenly incorporated into a spread. Makes about 15-20 tablespoon-sized servings.

Serve with goat cheese on crackers or crostini for a great appetizer or snack!
