Ingredients

    1 bagel, toasted
    2 T. low fat cream cheese
    1/2 medium tomato, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Toast bagel and spread each half with 1 T. lowfat cream cheese. Top each half with tomato slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
