    1 cup Quinoa, cooked
    Parsley root, 1.5 cups chopped
    Parsley, 1 cup chopped
    Potato, raw, 1 cup diced
    Swiss Chard Stems, 1 cup, chopped
    Beet green Stems, fresh, 1 cup
    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Smoked Paprika, 1 tbsp
    chipotle chile pepper powder, 1 tsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    Water, 8 cups
    Lentils, 1 cup dry

Directions

Put all of the ingredients into a crock pot and turn it to "low". Cook until lentils are tender.
