Ingredients

1 Lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
21/2 Lbs Potatoes, peeled cooked and mashed with
1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tsp pepper, 1/4 cup fat free milk
1 can French Style Green beans - Drained
1/4 Cup chopped Onion
2 T reduced Calorie Margarine
1/4 tsp.Salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Brown onion and beef in 1 T marg.with salt and pepper in skillet till no longer pink-drain excess fat.
Pour into a 2 quart casserole baking dish sprrayed with non stick spray. Top the ground beef with the one can drained green beans. Cook, drain and mash the potatoes with salt,pepper,milk. Spread evenly over the green beans.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes till lightly browned and bubbly. Serves 4
