Ingredients

    1 C. canned black beans
    2 stalks chopped celery
    1/2 tomato, diced
    1/4 C. chopped onion
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 Tbls. Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Let set in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before eating. Makes 1 serving.
