Ingredients

    1 Banana sliced and frozen
1/2 C. Frozen Unsweetened Strawberries or other
    frozen fruit
Milk, enough to make treat the desired consistency. I start with a half cup. I like to use almond milk, but lactose free or soy may be used also.

Directions

Place a half cup of cold milk in blender. Add half of the frozen banana. Process until banana is blended. Add the remaining banana and continue to process, adding milk as needed. Mixture will resemble soft serve ice cream.
