Introduction

This is a high protein sandwich spread without the cholesterol. My kids really enjoy eating this. This is a high protein sandwich spread without the cholesterol. My kids really enjoy eating this.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 block soft tofu
    1/2 tbl tahini
    2 tsp mustard
    1/4 tsp Spike seasoning
    dash or two cayenne pepper

Directions

Drain and mash tofu in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Flavors are enhanced when allowed to chill--if your kids will wait long enough.

(A tsp or two of honey can be added for a sweeter taste.)

Makes 8 1/4 cup servings
