Ingredients

    Stated plainly,
    1 can corn
    1 can creamed corn
    1 cup light sour cream
    1/4 cup egg beaters ( egg substitute)
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix

Directions

mix all ingrediants together in casserole pan (I use a glass dish) and pop in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
