Introduction

Carb-free Asian Fried "Rice" Carb-free Asian Fried "Rice"
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 T. Canola Oil
    2 T. Sesame Oil
    1 Medium Cauliflower (grated on large side of grater)
    8 oz fresh bean sprouts
    3 cloves garlic
    4 T Soya Sauce
    S & P to taste (white pepper for heat, if desired)
    1 bunch green onion (scallion) chopped

Directions

Heat the oils in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add all except scallions and stir-fry until sprouts/cauliflower are almost tender (al dente), about 3 minutes. Make hole in center and add beaten eggs to pan. Scramble thoroughly and mix into cauliflower mix. Stir in scallion and stir until just heated.

Makes 6-8 servings.
Substitute chicken or shrimp for egg, if desired.
