Introduction
This is my father's favorite Pumpkin Pie!!!It is easy to make, tastes great and goes great with Fat Free Cool-Whip!!!!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
1 cup Evaporated low-fat milk
1/2 cup fat-free cholesterol-free egg whites
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup Splenda
1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon Parkay Spray Margarine
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions
Prep: 10 Minutes Bake Time: 35-40 Minutes
Heat Oven to 350* You need a 9-inch pie plate
Mix all the ingredients until well blended. Spray pie plate with a non-stick spray.
Pour pumpkin pie batter into the pie plate. (The mixture will appear runny... but don't worry... this will cook up!)
Set the timer for 35 minutes. Check the pie by inserting a clean knife into the center... if it comes out clean, then the pie is done! Remove from oven and allow to cool.
You can cover and refrigerate any of the leftover pie!
