Introduction

Almost like pumpkin pie, but without the fat and calories. Makes a great dessert on a diet. Almost like pumpkin pie, but without the fat and calories. Makes a great dessert on a diet.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 cups butternut squash (cooked, peeled and mashed)
    ½ C. apples (cooked and peeled)
    Stevia to taste ( I use approx 1 TB.--You can also use Splenda or Organic Cane Sugar, depending on your diet needs. )
    2 Tsp. Brown Rice Syrup
    1 tsp molasses
    2 TB Egg substitute
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp.nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Mix the mashed squash and apples together. Add cinnamon, sweeteners and allspice. Put in a 1 quart baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes, covered. Remove cover and bake until finished to your liking. 3-4 Servings. ( I Figured the nutrition information based on 3 servings)
If desired, top with light Cool Whip
