Introduction

Ingredients

Garlic, 2 cloves crushed
Honey Mustard, 2 tsp (can use regular mustard add about 1/2 tsp of sugar)
Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp
Pepper, black, 2 dash
Lime Juice, 0.25 cup
*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Broccoli, cooked, 2 cup, chopped (see instructions)
Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped into thin shreds/ribbons
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced
Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup
Salt, 2 dash
*Bragg's Liquid Amino Acid, 1 tsp
Directions
Makes about 6 servings.
1. Prepare Broccoli - use fresh broccoli and chop to florets. Place in a bowl with water into Microwave for 4 minutes. Drain.
FOR EASY CLEAN UP - make the dressing in the serving bowl. get your kids involved in this part...it helps to get them to eat it! :-)
In Serving Bowl add the garlic, salt, mustard, vinegar, lime juice, black pepper and Bragg's amino acids. Whisk together until combined. Then add olive oil and continue whisking.
FInally add the broccoli, cabbage, tomatoes and corn.
Toss until everything is covered with dressing.
Serve at room temperature.
