Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk (IE, whole, 2%, lowfat)
1/2 c. Bisquick (any variety)
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter (melted)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 cup cubed meat (IE ham, turkey, chicken, sausage, bacon)
1/2 cup vegetables (IE spinach, broccoli, onion, green pepper, mushrooms)
1 c. shredded cheese (IE Cheddar, mozzarella,2% american)
Directions
In blender combine milk, Bisquick, eggs, butter and pepper; blend for 15 seconds.
Pour into Pam sprayed 9" pie pan.
Sprinkle meat, vegetable, and cheese on top of egg mixture; gently press below surface with fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
