Ingredients

    4-Yellowfin Tuna (fish) 5 oz
    Olive Oil, 1tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Salt to taste

    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 pack (2-1/2 lb)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste

Directions

Vegetables

1. Defrost frozen vegetables mix for 15 to 20 mins.
2. Preheat saucepan to medium-high.
3. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the pan.
4. Add the vegetables and salt.
5. Stir vegetables until tender.

Tuna Steaks

1. Pre-heat the grill to medium-high.
2. Season the tuna with salt & pepper and drizzle 1 tbsp of olive oil.
3. Grill each tuna fillet for about 3 to 5 mins on each side (depend on thickness).
