Ingredients

* Green Pepper, 1 cup chopped
* Red Pepper, 1 cup chopped
* Zucchini, 1 medium, chopped
* Onions, 3/4 of large onion, chopped
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
* Nature's Promise Organic Diced Tomatoes, 12 oz can
* Tomato Paste, 12 oz can
* Beans, red kidney, 15 oz can
* Beans, black, 15 oz can
* Chili powder, 2 tbsp
* Cumin, 1 tbsp
* Garlic, 4 cloves minced
* Hot Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tbsp
Directions
1. Mince garlic
2. Chop onions, peppers
3. Add olive oil and garlic to large pot, saute over med-low heat for 2 minutes. I garlic begins to brown, turn the stove down slightly.
4. Add chopped onions and peppers to the pot. Cook 2 minutes or until onions begin to become translucent.
5. While onions, peppers and garlic saute, chop zucchini and open beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste
6. Add zucchini, beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste to pot, stirring frequently.
7. Add cumin, chili powder, and hot red pepper flakes
8. Blend and cook over low heat 5 minutes.
9. ENJOY!!
