Ingredients

    1 lbs of chicken boneless Chicken Breasts
    1 can of Cambells 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1.5 cups of raw baby carrots
    1 Cup of Frozen Corn
    2 Raw Potatos
    1 Cup of Frozen Vegetables
    1 Cup of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    Thyme
    Italian Seasonings
    Pepper

Directions

Place Chicken in Crockpot and Top with all your ingredients, stir and put crock pot on low for 10-12 hrs or put on high for 4-6 hours.

Shred chciken when done, place back in corckpot to make sure chicken gets all the flavor!
