Introduction

This is a variation on one of my favorite dinners and is so simple it seem silly to write a recipe! Takes about 10 minutes to make, tastes great, low calorie and doesn't wear off too quickly. Ingredients

    olive oil
    carrots
    green beans
    mushrooms
    zucchini
    broccoli
    red bell pepper slices
    green onions
    dash of soy sauce

Directions

Wash, peel and slice vegetables. Heat olive oil. Put in carrots first, then green beans and cook for a minute or two, then add everything else. Add the green onions last as they will wilt. I usually put the soy sauce on after it is cooked.
