Refreshing Banana Berry Yogurt SmoothieServing is for 2 persons.
I was cooking breakfast for everyone and found myself frustrated because I was fighting not to eat all the scrumptious foods I was cooking for my husband and son. I was planning on working out and didn't want to work out and feel it would be a waste of time. I needed energy and to feel less hungry. So I made myself a yummy smoothie !
This is this first time putting in a recipe , I have a lighter smoothie called. New Me Smoothie as well. I do like the New me one better because its lighter.

Mixed Berries with Pomegranate - Dole, 1 cup
Blueberry Pomegranate - Yoplait Frozen fruit 1/2 pouch, 1 serving
Greek Yogurt (Strawberry) Brown Cow, 4 oz
Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
*Silk, Light Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender,
Make sure you see the vortex in your blender as it is grinding everything together
I like to blend for about 2 minutes , because of the seeds.
