A better version of fried rice. A better version of fried rice.

Ingredients

    I use a whole cut up chicken or use whatever your favorite pieces are and I remove the skin and bones. You can season the meat with your favorite seasonings I use a 3 pepper blend. The shrimp I use frozen already cooked wash them, may need to be deveined and thaw under running cold water and pull off tips add shrimp just before going in the oven. I hope you enjoy this as my family does.

Directions

Boil the chicken until easy to remove the flesh fromthe bones. Discard skin. Boil rice for 10 minutes only!!!!Brown ground beef with chopped onion and drain. Combine all ingredients in a 11X14 baking dish, cover tightly and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. This makes 8 servings.
