Chili Chili
Number of Servings: 12

    2 lbs Ground Turkey (Cooked)
1 lb Red Kidney Beans (Soak over night in any broth) or 2 cans 15 oz
6 Poblano Peppers-2 cups (Seeded and Cut to bite size pieces)(Use gloves when preparing these)
    2 Medium Onions (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 32 oz jar of canned tomatoes with veggies
Chili seasoning packet or use what you like to make it taste like chili.

Check and Rinse your Red Kidney beans and soak over night in the broth.
Prepare all the veggies.
Cook the Ground Turkey in Skillet and Drain the Fat.
Put all ingredients in crock pot and turn on low for 6-8 hours.
Make sure there is enough water for the beans to cook all day.
You can also start the bean soaking and cooking all night, in the crockpot.
We found that the beans were not fully cooked, but still tasted great.
