    Ingredients:
    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 12 oz (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    *Squash, Yellow fresh unpeeled 3/4 cup or 85.0g, 1 cup (remove)
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, .75 cup (remove)
    *Pizza Sauce - Ragu - Homemade Style, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Oat Bran, .33 cup (remove)
    *Best of the Egg--Egg Substitute, .5 cup (remove)
    **President Choice, Butter Flavour Canola Oil Cooking Spray (1 second), 1 serving (remove)

Directions

GRATE VEGIES THRU THE SALAD SHOOTER AND ADD TO THE GROUND BEEF WITH EGG, TOMATOES, SAUCE (I USED THE RAGU BECAUSE IT WAS LEFT OVER CAN USE SIMPLE TOMATO SAUCE), EGG AND SEASON TO TASTE.
LINE CROCK POT WITH FOIL SPRAY FOIL WITH NON STICK. COOK AN HOUR ON HIGH THEN REDUCE HEAT IF COOKING OVER NIGHT OR ALL DAY TO LOW. YOU CAN ADD POTATO WEDGES ON TOP IF YOU WANT THOSE AS A SIDE.
