Ingredients

    1 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
    1/3 c Chopped White Onion
    1/2 tsp Curry Powder
    1/2 tsp Turmeric
    1 tsp Garam Marsala
1 1/4 c Green Beans (I used canned, but to save on sodium, use fresh!)
    1/3 c Tomato Sauce, canned

Directions

Heat oil on medium heat. Add onions. Once onions begin to sizzle, add curry, turmeric, and garam marsala. Incorporate well. (You may have to add a splash of water.) Add green beans and tomato sauce. Mix and let simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Enjoy as a side or over brown rice!
