Ingredients

    One Egglands Best Egg
    two slices Whole Foods Turkey Bacon
    One whole wheat tortilla
    A sprinkle of cajun spice or cayenne pepper
    Port Salut cheese

Directions

Heat two slices of turkey bacon over med-low heat on a pre-warmed skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
Slice port salut cheese into one slice about 1/4" thick
Remove turkey bacon and blot with paper towel to remove excess grease.
Add small amount of butter to skillet.
Cook egg over medium.
Heat tortilla in microwave for 15 secs on high
Remove and place turkey bacon slices on tortilla and spread port salut cheese slice on top.
Remove egg when ready and place on top of cheese.
Sprinkle small amount of cajun spice or cayenne pepper.
Fold bottom 1/8 of tortilla up, and fold each side over.
Squeeze, but not too hard!
Wait two minutes, then eat!
