Ingredients

    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)
    *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion)
    *Garlic Cloves (3)
    Ground beef, lean, 20 oz
    *Mushroom, Raw, Fresh, 250 gram(s)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Egg Yolk, 1 large
    Sour Cream Light - Daisy, 2 tbsp
    Cheese 2% Crumbles Colby & Monterey Jack, 84 gram(s)

Directions

Heat oil.
Sautee Onion & garlic
Add mushrooms
Add drained cooked ground beef
add Worcestershire Sauce
Cook through

Cook cauliflower until soft
Drain well
Put in bowl and add sour cream & egg yolk and whip mixture

Pul ground beef mixture in casserole dish
Spread Mashed cauliflower on top
Top with Cheese
Bake in oven 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
